I’m the creator and writer of the Be You & Shine Your Own Light journal, card deck, and your personalized Human Design blueprint. But this didn’t just appear out of nowhere. After a car accident in 2018, my life turned upside down. I was stuck in the medical system with a whiplash injury, feeling like I had lost myself. I doubted everything, felt like I wasn’t good enough, and kept pushing and proving myself over and over again. I felt like a victim of my situation — until I decided I was done living that way. I chose to take my power back.
I started working on my mindset, dove deep into personal development, and began understanding how manifestation actually works. That’s when things started to shift. I began to feel stronger, more grounded, and more connected to myself. And then Human Design came into my life — and suddenly, everything made sense. It was like reading a guide to who I’ve always been deep down. It gave me permission to stop forcing and start living in alignment with who I really am. I finally understood myself. My energy, my decisions, my patterns — and it brought me closer to myself than I’ve ever been.
No, it wasn’t easy. But it was absolutely worth it. With my 1/3 profile, I’ve fallen, learned, and started over more times than I can count. But understanding how I’m designed to move through life helped me accept and embrace it. Today, I live and run my business completely based on my own design. I trust myself. I make decisions from the body, not the mind. And I follow what lights me up — every single day.
This is what I want for you too. That you get to live your life based on your own energy. That you get to feel peace in your choices, trust in yourself, and clarity in what’s right for you.
